“This contains all of ABBA's studio albums, plus an extra disc with singles, b-sides, and rarities. EXCEPT for "Gracias por la Musica", their all-Spanish compilation, which was an odd thing to leave out. If you love ABBA, you will love this. Many of their lesser-known album tracks are gems.
6 out the 8 albums here are stone-cold classics. In particular, "Voulez Vous" and "Super Trouper" are pop masterpieces. Their second album "Waterloo" is good, but pales in comparison to everything that came after. "Ring Ring" is a tough listen (except for the title single) but when I'm getting all the other material in this set I can't complain, and it's interesting to see where they started out musically.
The Bonus Tracks CD is interesting; those who know the band from "ABBA Gold" and "More ABBA Gold" probably don't realize that "Fernando" was never on an album, or that the excellent "I am the City" was one of only three songs completed from their final attempt to record together. It also includes the bizarre disco medley with "Pick a Bail of Cotton"... File that under "curiosities".

This is one of the greatest CD box sets ever with all of Abba's studio albums included. The music is some of the best pop you will ever hear. There is not one song you will want to fast forward through. It is quite a musical experience to journey all the way from their first album to the last. The music ranges from thrilling to very relaxing. Easily the best music purchase I have made on Amazon. Yes, Abba is right up there with the Beatles.
