This double album showcases Fleetwood Mac’s stunning live performance at San Francisco’s iconic Fillmore West, on 17 January 1969, during the Mr. Wonderful Tour. That evening the band shared the stage with Creedence Clearwater Revival and Albert Collins.
In December 1968, Fleetwood Mac left London for an epic two-month tour of the United States. While they were away they made recordings with Buddy Guy, Willie Dixon, Otis Spann and others, while back home Albatross topped the charts.
Featuring the formidable triple axes of Peter Green, Danny Kirwan and Jeremy Spencer, this stellar set captures a legendary band at the peak of their powers. The performance was broadcast live to air on KSAN-FM.
