Best version of “That’s all right” I’ve heard. Tops the sun sessions from 76 and the disc version from the late 80s in sound. Would have loved an extra disc of outtakes/rarities but the sound itself makes it worthwhile purchase. We are talking about the Big Bang (along with Rocket 88 & the Wolf) of Rock and Roll music in Sun Studios, so no need to rate the music. Thank you Sam Phillips and Elvis, Scotty and Bill.

Very nice sound overall, it sounds as if Elvis's voice sits slightly louder in this mix or EQ which actually works quite well. His voice has never sounded so candy sweet, it might even be the best versions I've heard of these songs so far. The instrumentals don't sound too different, it's a tad punchier on the low end with crystal clear clarity and maybe a little more echo, but there is a more noticeable difference with the vocals. The light pink design is really fresh yet classic, and complements the album well. Recommended for people getting into Elvis or for younger people, as they will likely find the sound of his voice on this more palatable than some other releases because the sound on this sounds totally modern and polished, not like some rusty old relic..”

“I mainly bought this LP for the Rockabilly songs, some ("I don't care if the sun don't shine" and "Milkcow Blues Boogie") being very scarce. But all of these songs sound incredible on here!
